Q: What makes The Amazing Flameless Candle the "World's Most Advanced Candle"? A: It is the first of its kind to include Advanced LED light technology, a programmable timer, adjustable dimmer and offers Remote Ready technology.

Q: What is advanced LED light technology?
A: The industry standard is 1 LED light which typically does not provide enough realistic light. The Advanced LED lights combined with an adjustable dimmer allow you more freedom to choose the perfect light intensity for that special moment.

Q: What is the programmable timer?
A: Taking simplicity even a step further, The Amazing Flameless Candle will turn on and off all by itself! Just set the timer (4H, 6H, 8H) at the desired time, slide switch to TIMER to activate. LED's will blink verifying the timer mode is set.

Q: How do I install the batteries?
A: To release battery cover, on bottom, push plastic clip inward. Install batteries recommended for maximum battery life. Be sure to insert batteries in the proper direction. When available, wrap ribbon under each battery layer. To remove batteries, gently pull on the exposed ribbon. Close battery cover. Slide switch to ON to operate.

Q: Why should I choose this flameless candle versus traditional candles?
A: You'll enjoy better safety – for your friends, customers, kids and pets – aesthetics superior to constantly melting candles, easier daily maintenance, and best of all, lower costs. Yet, you will NOT lose the ambiance and entertainment associated with candles.

Q: What is The Amazing Flameless Candle made from?
A: It is made from paraffin wax, just like traditional candles.

Q: How long do the LED lights last?
A: The newly designed LED light technology will last upwards of 10 years or 100,000 hours.

Q: How is The Amazing Flameless Candles powered?
A: The candle is designed to use alkaline, NiCd (nickel cadmium), NiMH (nickel metal hydride) or lithium-ion batteries. It is recommended not to mix battery types.

Q: Is the Amazing Flameless Candles safe to operate?
A: Because there is no burning flame, The Amazing Flameless Candle is actually safer! It can be used around kids and pets, in dorms and hotels, and in areas where traditional candles are not allowed or should not be used. Do not allow children or pets to put in mouths or put LED near eyes.

Q: Can The Amazing Flameless Candles be used indoors and outdoors?
A: Yes! In fact, it is great for outdoor and windy environments that blow flame candles out. Because it is made of real wax, be careful of high outdoor heat and sunlight to prevent melting. Do not set in direct sunlight. Keep away from any heat source that could cause the wax to soften, melt or catch fire.

Q: Does The Amazing Flameless Candle diffuse fragrance?
A: No! Our scented candles have the fragrance mixed into the wax and they emit a slight and pleasant scent. Our unscented candles have no fragrance.

Q: How do I set the programmable timer?
A: The Amazing Flameless Candle timer is set by selecting the timer position on the bottom of the candle at the preferred time, and then, selecting the 4H, 6H or 8H settings. If you turned the candle on at 8pm and selected the 4H, 6H or 8H setting, it would turn on by itself each day at 8pm and turn off at midnight. You can stop or reset the timer by simply choosing the OFF position.

Q: Is operating The Amazing Flameless Candles cost effective?
A: When you compare the annual cost of operating The Amazing Flameless Candle to a traditional wicked candle, you will save 75 – 80%.

Q: How do I clean The Amazing Flameless Candles?
A: If your candles become dirty or dusty, simply clean them with a soft-cloth. Do not drop your candles as they may break. To avoid wax deposits on any surface, place candle on protective base.

Q: Is The Amazing Flameless Candle environmentally safe?
A: It is made of all natural paraffin wax that has no flame, no soot and no toxic emissions.

Q: Are The Amazing Flameless Candles recyclable?
A: In accordance with any and all State toxic packaging acts, the company advises that all PVC packaging, batteries and paper inserts must be recycled in the appropriate manner or otherwise disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. For proper disposal information specific to your area, please contact the US EPA or your local recycling center.

Q: My Amazing Flameless Candle is not working. What should I do?
A: First, make sure you installed the batteries in the base of your candle in the proper directions. Positive to positive and negative to negative. Then make sure the switch on the bottom is turned to the ON position. If it still doesn't work contact our Customer Service.

Q: Does The Amazing Flameless Candle comply with the FCC?
A: Yes - this equipment is within the limits for a class B digital device pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules.

Q: What is the warranty on my Amazing Flameless Candles?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days following receipt for replacement, merchandise credit or refund, less any applicable shipping and handling charges. See our Return Policy for further detail.

Q: What affects battery life in my Amazing Flameless Candles?
A: There are 3 main things that affect battery life in LED candles. The first is the quality of battery. You will see much longer battery life from a Duracell® battery then you will from a cheaper brand of battery. The second has to do with the features on your candle. If you turn your candles on and off manually using the switch on the bottom, you can expect to see longer battery life. Use of the timer mode or universal remote will shorten battery life slightly. Lastly temperature plays an important role in the life of batteries. Batteries exposed to prolonged heat will have diminished battery life.
